We build the thing before we write the proposal.

Every item in this gallery started as a real problem a hospitality, loyalty or SaaS team described to us. We built a clickable version of the answer, usually in under a week, and kept it online.

Why these exist

A deck describes work. A prototype is work. When you can click a check-in flow or move a slider on an ROI calculator, the conversation stops being about whether we can build it and starts being about what yours should do differently.

Nothing here is a mockup. Each one runs on the same stack we ship production on: React and Next.js on the front, Node.js on AWS Serverless behind it.

How fast, honestly

Two to nine days each, built by one designer and one engineer. That speed comes from reusing a design system and an infrastructure baseline, not from cutting corners on the parts a user touches.

Production work takes longer. The prototype is how we agree on scope before anyone commits to a number.

What happens if you engage us

  1. 1A 45-minute call to describe the problem and who has it.
  2. 2Within a week, a clickable prototype of your flow, hosted and shareable.
  3. 3A fixed-scope build plan with dates, written against that prototype.
  4. 4Delivery in two-week increments, with the same team that made the prototype.

Where we work
